Meat Tenderizer Unseasoned - Baron Spices
- Used to tenderize steaks, chops or similar cuts of meat. Wet the meat, then sprinkle Seasoned Meat Tenderizer, on both sides, being sure to cover all surfaces. Pierce with fork to aid penetration. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Grill, broil, bake or pan-fry until meat is cooked through.
- A blend of ingredients including salt, MSG, papain, and others.
- Salt, Maltodextrin, Monosodium Glutamate, Papain, Soybean Oil, and not more than 2% Silicon Dioxide (added to prevent caking).
