- Used to tenderize steaks, chops or similar cuts of meat. Wet the meat, then sprinkle Seasoned Meat Tenderizer on both sides, being sure to cover all surfaces. Pierce with fork to aid penetration. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Grill, broil, bake or pan-fry until meat is cooked through.
